Windblown
"Windblown", a soft pastel on Hahnemuhle velour paper, by Kenneth Grzesik, 18.75 inches by 26.75 inches. In the winter months the wind can be strong and continous. Climbing to the top of the first hill on the Napali trail I pause to rest and look back towards the beach. In the distance a whale breaches.
